| About the Neuro Fitness Foundation |

| Thank you for your interest in the Neuro Fitness Foundation (NFF), whose programs FREE of charge are designed to benefit
individuals paralyzed due to spinal cord injury, Multiple Sclerosis, stroke, polio, head injury, Guilliean Barre Syndrome, Cerebal Palsy,
Spina Bifida, Spinal Stenosis and many other neurological challenges. NFF is the first and only organization of its kind in the
Dallas/Fort Worth area to offer these services. |

| Unfortunately, many problems associated with immobilization and inactivity include decreased circulation, pressure sores,
bladder infections, muscle atrophy, loss of bone density, decreased immune system, loss of cardiovascular endurance and many others. These
problems and the cost associated with them have become increasingly expensive to society. It is also physically and emotionally draining for
the individual, family members and caregivers when such problems arise. |

| Research is showing that physical training and wellness is one of the most cost efficient means towards improving the health
and wellness of neuro challenged individuals. |

| Regretfully, most insurance programs only pay for a limited time of physical rehabilitation following an accident, illness or
problem related to neuro disorder. This is why NFF was formed, it is designed and set up to help neuro individuals who want to help themselves. |

| The NFF is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity that provides many different types of specialized exercise equipment for
strength and cardiovascular training. NFF also offers a very important Yoga class with a certified instructor. |

| All of theses programs are offered FREE of charge to neuro challenged individuals. Our goal is to continue to expand and
improve our programs in order the accommodate the growing need for our services. Health is the single most important variable in living a
